Standard Products

Pioneer Aerospace manufactures Troop Parachutes, Tactical Parachute Systems, Emergency Parachute Assemblies, Aircraft Braking Parachutes, and Training Parachutes, along with Cargo system supply and extraction parachute systems. Also manufactured are Precision Aerial Delivery Systems (PADS). Please see below for examples of our standard products:

  • Troop Parachutes: T-10B, T-10C, T-10D

    The T-10 nonsteerable Troop Assault Parachute assemblies are used during static line airborne operations. The T-10 has been used for several decades as the primary means of combat troop deployment

  • Maneuverable Troop Parachutes: MC1-1B, MC1-1C, MC1-1D, MC1-1E

    MC1 steerable Troop Assault Parachute assemblies are used during static line airborne operations. The various MC1 assem blies have been in service for several decades as the primary means of combat troop deployment.

  • High Altitude Parachute Penetration System (HAPPS):

    The Pioneer High Altitude Parachute Penetration System is designed specifically for military free-fall (HALO) and stand-off (HAHO) operations. Every single component and feature of the HAPPS has been designed and built to ensure safety and comf ort, and most importantly, to enhance mission accomplishment. The main and reserves canopies have the same performance characteristics and load carrying capability allowing the jump team to maintain their integrity in the unlikely event that a team member must deploy his reserve parachute.

  • Air Force Emergency Parachutes, BA-20, BA-22, CA-12, SA-20

    The BA-22 Emergency Back Assembly is a high speed para chute. This back style parachute is configured for use in fixed wing aircraft, such as: C-141, C-130, KC-135, B-52, C-5, F-5, T-37, T-38, A-37, and F-100.

  • Heavy Cargo Parachutes: G-11A, G-11B, G-11C, G-12D, G-12E

    The U.S. Army G-11 Cargo Assembly can deliver from 250 to 2,350 pounds (109 to 1023 kg) as low as 550 feet (167 meters) MSL (Mean Sea Level). The G-11 assembly can be used in clus ters using as many as eight parachutes.

  • PADS: PANTHER (Precision Autonomous Navigation for High Offset or Emergency Re-supply)

    Systems provide precision, survivable delivery of parafoil delivered cargo. Cargo ranges from 200 to 2500 Lbm. Deliver equipment, supplies, and provide emergency relief to locations inaccessible by vehicle or aircraft. This commercial system is adaptable for military use; it can accommodate the military JPADS mission planner, SAASM GPS and rigging is compatible with standard military A7, A21, and A22 payloads.
