Shown here is the world's smallest parafoil Guided Delivery System, which
uses a Pioneer-developed 4' x 2' parafoil. The system has a forward velocity
of 30 mph and is 100% autonomously guided. This technology may potentially
be used to deliver such items as blood packets to wounded troops, chemical
agent sensors, or even smart submunitions. The video shown is a drop from
a powered glider at approximately 2,000 feet. The Guided Delivery System
